Unused Items

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within a 30 day period you can return the unused and unopened product to us (in the same condition as you received it) for a replacement or to get a full refund. Please make sure that your item is unopened, unused and undamaged (unless item is faulty), including all shrink wrapping and packaging must be intact. Your request will be handled and processed as soon as possible, and you will be notified when we receive the returned parcel at our warehouse. Please inform us in advance your choice of a refund or a replacement before return to us.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty please make sure that you clearly detail the issues you are having (incl. picture if possible). Unless the fault is very clear you may wish to contact us via email beforehand. If an item is battery operated that seems to be defective, we recommend that you check it again using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with the correct electrical points.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will process your choice of a refund or a replacement as soon as possible. You may wish to check the status, please contact returns department with your order number.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
